My Dear Yulia,

It is so nice to hear from you. I am glad that you enjoyed spending time with your father. Today I was thinking a lot about you. I wish I could visit you in real life, and walk with you. But, just the thought of you makes me happy. Today, it was a nice day, so I went on a long walk with my brother. I told him about you, and how much we enjoy corresponding. I was thinking about your busy day coming up, and I hope you were able to rest and relax. I think about you helping other people doing your job, and it makes me happy. I am so happy for you that you find satisfaction and joy in this profession.

It is interesting that we are talking about food earlier. Today, I cooked hamburgers for dinner. Yes, grilled meat is popular in the USA. Many Americans enjoy grilling, especially outdoors when the weather is nice. Turkey is popular too, especially around Thanksgiving time, which is later this month. I had a very pleasant, relaxing day after reading your letter, and I thought of you while I was cooking burgers. Maybe someday I will be able to cook for you. I am not a very good chef, and I am not good at cooking. I’m sure you are a far better cook! But for you, I will practice so that I can at least make you a typical American meal someday :)

Please say hello to your father for me. He sounds like an amazing man and I am very happy that you have a good relationship with him. He is certainly a much better cook than me too haha.

Tonight, I am not sure what I will do. Perhaps I will read. I wish that I was closer, so that we could talk, or go to a cafe together or something. I guess I will just dream of these things for now, and of you.

If you do buy perfume, I hope you get very nice perfume because I think that you deserve it ;) Also, this reminds me of something. I never asked. Yulia my dear, when is your birthday? I hope that I have not missed it. I will write it down so I do not forget :)

Yulia, you are as beautiful as ever, and I am so happy to have you in my life now. I wish that I could hug you, but I guess a ‘virtual’ hug will have to do for now…
